Marvel Studios has officially announced its much-awaited slate for 2025, and it’s going to be one of the busiest years for the Marvel universe. Starting from January and ending in December, there will be a release every month so it is going to be an exciting year for the fans with the heroes, new plots, and some classic comebacks. This is what is lined up for 2025:
January: Spider-Man’s Animated Origin
Toni Perez’s new story in Marvel’s comic book, Spider Man*,” will be released on January 29. This is a story about Parker’s transformation into Spider-Man that has never been depicted in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The show reportedly will be available on Disney+.
February: Captain America – Brave New World
On February 14, the MCU expands with the premiere of Captain America: Brave New World. The feature will address Sam Wilson’s metamorphosis as he steps into Captain America’s shoes. The much-awaited appearance of The Red Hulk will also be visible, likely teasing connections to the Thunderbolts film set to follow.
March: Daredevil – Born Again
Daredevil’s fans have something to look forward to as Daredevil: Born Again is set to premiere on March 4th. The first season has been divided into two parts with each having 9 episodes. Many people are looking forward to this series because of its promised action and perhaps upper people’s expectation. The word on the street is that it will involve Spider-Man crossover, hence it’s already one of the most awaited series this year.
May: Thunderbolts
On May 2, Marvel will release Thunderbolts, which brings together some of the MCU’s most intriguing villains. The government assembles this team for a high-stakes mission, evoking comparisons to DC’s Suicide Squad. The title and logo hint at potential surprises, leaving fans speculating about a possible twist.
June: Ironheart
The character of Ironheart introduces Riri Williams who is determined to continue Tony Stark’s legacy and will be available on June 24. The plot of the series will revolve mainly around her evolution and how she creates new armor, thus, forging her journey as one of the heroes. Just like Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man, this series will also be available on Disney+.
July: Fantastic Four
For all the fans waiting for it, the Fantastic Four will debut on July 25 marking the MCU’s exciting team debut. This film is important as it creates a framework for future Marvel works. The fans might finally witness the legendary Doctor Doom and Galactus and this will be of great consequence for Secret Wars and more.
August: Eyes of Wanda
Mark your calendars because a show title Eyes of Wanda will premiere on August 6. It will focus on the quests of ex ‘Wanda Warriors’ traveling the globe for Vibranium. This new addition will be a lot more exciting for comic lovers due to its original animation style.
October: Marvel Zombies
On October 20, Marvel expands its business to other darker corners with Marvel Zombies. Pulling a leaf out of the 2005-2006 comics, this show waves us goodbye to the simple heroes’ world, introducing a virus that turns our favorite superheroes into zombies. Now, the series itself looks forward to catering the spine chilling and edge of the seat moments to fans of this genre.
December: Wonder Man
Marvel expanded its universe by introducing Wonder Man on the 10th of December 2025. The hero Simon Williams, a failed actor from Hollywood, transforms into a superhero against his wishes due to his extraordinary abilities. The series emphasizes the journey on which Williams will face incredible super strength, speed, and agility within himself.

Marvel has put in solid plans and arranged activities in a way that there’s at least one new thing to look forward to each month. There will be new animated shows, grand events, in-depth character studies, and fantastic feature films, 2025 is destined to be a historic year for fans of the MCU.
