The Heist Unfolds: From Venice to London
The auction in Venice is a display of high class, where rich people wear masks and fight over the price for priceless objects. On the other hand, half of the purchasers watch the proceedings live faces from London. Cyrus is well prepared with his professional team which consists of a pilot, lock master, hacker, engineer, and an aged associate. He plans to rob the function without hassle. These particulars do not go unnoticed as chief officer of police, Officer Abby along with other forces make sure that there is no trouble.
Abby has quite a complicated relationship with Cyrus. They were once friends until she found out about his criminal life during one of the missions, although he escaped that time. This time, Abby is ready to catch him in the act.
The auction commences and the first lot is an exquisite painting that gets sold for a whopping 2 crores. Before it reaches the buyer, it gets intercepted by Cyrus’s team who immediately sells it off into the black market. The last lot of the auction is an NFT that has the ability to capture embedded cameras and can edit videos live on the go. In the heat of bidding, Cyrus’s hacker brought the house down by cutting the power which caused a massive power outage. in the confusion, the NFT is stolen by Cyrus’s team. Abby observes the chaos and thus begins the pursuit but the team leaves in speedboats towards a ship which serves as their base.
The Bigger Picture: A City in Peril
Abby uncovers the life and motives of one Lars, a mafia boss whose ‘brand of chaos’ is on unparalleled heights, with devious motives. He intends to strain the resources of an entire city and flood it to stir the stock market up for his profit. His now associate ligamentally plans on boosting gold—10 tons’ worth—and they are going somewhere with it. In order to stop this vulgar scheme, Abby needs a ruthless criminal—Cyrus—who can beat all the other ruthless criminals in their own game.
For the second time today, Abby swallows her pride and walks up to him, offering his chance for self-rehabilitation through robbing Lars’ hoard of gold. It sounds absurd at first, but seeing the bigger picture leaves no room for doubt—it’s about saving people. The team prepares for an excursion; the plan includes a replica aircraft, image radars and finally a neat grab and run of the gold.
The Daring Plane Heist
The group obtains a suitable aircraft to replicate Lars’s and develops a PSI device that distorts radar coverage, creating the illusion of two aircraft. Abby brings in a key airport officer who can carry out radar operations during the unorthodox actions without raising any brows.
The plan is set as on the day of the robbery, Cyrus’s crew is already in the plane installing the parts of the PSI machine. But once again, issues come when mid-strike, a device belonging to Abby fails, requiring Cyrus to intervene. At the same time, Abraham’s thugs become overly alert, escalating a confrontation in the air. Still, everything is going on according to plan as the team links their plane with Lars’s and starts the gold collection process.
Showdown at Lars’s Mansion
Later on, during the theft, Lars notices the betrayal and commands his men to take revenge. The situation grows more dire when the plane carrying Lars lands at the mansion which is then pursued by Cyrus’s men who crash into the estate. The mayhem causes the outflow of the gold bar’s contents which makes Lars’ partner in the mafia business abandon the agreement. Outraged, Lars shoots her, however policemen come in and arrest him basing on the evidence which has been collected by the team of Cyrus on the sophisticated LED glass and the purloined NFT.
A Clever Twist
While the police managed to retrieve the gold, it is Cyrus’s team which gets the final laugh. To the surprise of everyone, they had actually switched the genuine gold with the counterfeit deposits which were used in the robbery. They placed the genuine treasure in the hideout where it remained secured. Once again, these brilliant thieves outsmarted their opponents.
A New Beginning
Abby has completed the objective and targets and willingly joins Cyrus’s team, trusting her law enforcement background with their excellent cunning foot.
