The Perfection
The Perfection is a 2018 American psychological horror thriller directed by Richard Shepard. Plot Overview
Charlotte Willmore, once a high-rising cellist at the Bachoff Academy, is forced to leave her career as a musician due to her needing to take care of her terminally sick mother. Years later, after her mother passes away, Charlotte reconnects with her previous mentors and meets Lizzie, who is the star pupil at the academy. The two women form a close friendship and travel together to the rural parts of China. Unfortunately, their trip goes awry when Lizzie unexpectedly gets very sick which triggers a series of disturbing events revealing the shocking truths of the academy and its leaders.
